HPT Model

At Elevate-ED we utilize the HPT model developed by the International Society for Performance Improvement ( Van Tiem et. al 2004).

We use this model to help guide us in developing a holistic solution for your educational needs. 

 

First, we conduct a performance analysis. We look at the your current performance and desired performance to identify a gap between them. Then we complete a cause analysis looking for the root cause of the gap. Then we design and develop a solution to best suit your needs. We will then work with you to implement the changes. Finally, we evaluate the solution. We may need to go back to analysis and design based on the evaluation as we learn what works best for your organization.
